Fantastic and efficient service. Ordered from Western Australia to Tea Gardens. Received same day of order. Arrangement beautiful. My mother loved the arrangement!!!

Excellent prompt service. My only surprise was the use of Green Anthuriums instead of the Red as shown in the arrangement on the. My friend was surprised and pleased.

My aunt loved her birthday flowers. She was so chuffed she sent us a photo - so we are really impressed too. Great choice of f lowers that looked really fresh. Delivery was very timely too. It was great we could order them from a local florist (they were delivered to Tea Gardens). and I reckon she would have been pleased we were able to patronise an excellent small business in her local area.. An added bonus was that it was such a painless e-commerce experience and one that offered the reassurance of the PayPal payment option.

Very Satisfied with the speed of service and the flowers were beautiful and will definately use Alana's flowers and Gifts for any further deliveries to Australia. The service was brilliant everything via the internet and also confirmation of delivery which was made early but very pleased about that I wish to congratulate them on the fantastic service.

WeI ordered the ???Cool Breeze??? hand tied flowers for my cousin in Australia. She was delighted to receive them and has sent a photo showing how beautiful they are. It was so easy ordering on line from the UK and it was reassuring to get a text from the company to say the flowers had been delivered. Excellent service.
